By purchasing a ticket and attending Resort Reset, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Naples Coffee Club, NGWC Studios LLC, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa, Ionic Fitness, participating vendors, sponsors, volunteers, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, death, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in this event.
• The official Naples Coffee Club event takes place from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Guests who purchase the Hyatt Resort Day Pass and remain on Hyatt property after 12:00 PM do so independently. Naples Coffee Club and NGWC Studios LLC are not responsible for any incidents, injuries, losses, damages, or claims occurring during use of Hyatt amenities after the official event has concluded.
• By attending, you grant permission for Naples Coffee Club, NGWC Studios LLC, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa, event partners, sponsors, vendors, and media to photograph and record you during the event.
