I am a certified yoga instructor, sound therapist and breath work practitioner with over seven years experience holding space for others during their spiritual journey and transformation including corporate clients: SAVAGE FENTY, TECHSTYLE FASHION GROUP AND FABLETICS.

Begin with community building and intention setting, followed by guided meditation with conscious breathing. Gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow focuses on breathing over flexibility to release tension and anxiety.

Tesha plays 432hz crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and bells to induce deep relaxation and meditation with guided affirmations.
