Resume Workshop + Sound Bath: FAQs

Q: Do I need to have a finished resume to attend?
Bring a draft or existing  resume. if you dont have  one, thats ok too. ! Come as you are—whether you're starting from scratch or already have a draft. This workshop meets you where you are.

Q: Will my resume be written for me?
No—this is not a done-for-you service. But you’ll walk away with guidance, examples, and a solid draft to build on. Expect to spend a few hours polishing it up after the session based on where you start.

Q: Will we use AI tools?
Yes, we’ll show you how to use AI tools to support your writing—not replace it. You’ll learn how to prompt effectively without ending up with a generic resume.

Q: What if I need extra help after?
You’ll have the option to book a 15-minute 1:1 Resume Review within 30 days for personalized feedback and pointers. This is a separate, low-cost add-on for those who want deeper support.

Q: Will I get a copy of the slides or templates?
Yes! All participants will receive a recap PDF and sample resume formats with keyword tips and examples.

Q: I’m feeling stressed about the job search—what’s the sound bath part?
We’ll end the workshop with a calming sound bath to help reset your nervous system and shift you out of job search burnout. It’s a chance to breathe, recenter, and reconnect with your purpose.

Q: How long is the event?
About 90 minutes total. The workshop is around an hour, followed by a 20 minute sound bath.
