**Rewilding: Singing Over the Bones**

*The First Awakening*

**This first workshop is a**  diagnostic, an initial awakening, and an invitation to listen for what within you is ready to be remembered.



Inspired by Clarissa Pinkola Estés’ *Women Who Run With the Wolves*, this gathering draws from the story of La Loba, the bone-collector who sings life back into what has been scattered, forgotten, or buried. Together, we begin the work of reassembling the self.



You do **not** need to have read the book to attend, though participants are encouraged to have a copy and continue the exploration between gatherings. The Stacks on Waters should have a copy in stock for you!

This two-hour experience will include:
• a creative vinyasa yoga flow
• a guided journaling session to reflect, name, and witness what is stirring
• chanting and kirtan, using our voices as a tool to awaken parts of ourselves that may feel lost or scattered

This workshop is for those feeling the quiet pull toward intuition, instinct, and a deeper relationship with the self. It is gentle, embodied, and intentionally spacious.
