**Rewilding: Stalking the Intruder**

**This second workshop is an initiation**. A working-through of the moment you notice something isn’t right- that gut feeling that counters what the brain has rationalized. We’ve been taught not to see, taught to ‘make pretty,’ keep sweet.



Inspired by Clarissa Pinkola Estés’ *Women Who Run With the Wolves*, we explore the story of Bluebeard and the archetype of the psychic intruder:  the forces that disconnect us from intuition, creativity, and the instinctual self.



through movement, reflection, and creative practice, we begin the work of reclaiming our attention and prying our hearts open to see what's inside



You do **not** need to have read the book to attend, though participants are encouraged to have a copy and continue the exploration between gatherings.&#x20;



This two-hour experience will include:
• a creative vinyasa yoga flow
• a guided journaling session
• chanting and kirtan, using our voices as a tool to awaken parts of ourselves that may feel relegated to the shadows



This workshop is for those feeling the quiet pull toward doing the deep work to come back into contact with the true self. It is gentle, embodied, and intentionally spacious.
