the moment you notice something isn’t right. a gut feeling that arises countering what the brain has rationalized. we’ve been taught not to see, taught to ‘make pretty,’ keep sweet.



in the second chapter of Rewilding, we explore the story of Bluebeard and the archetype of the psychic intruder-  the forces that disconnect us from intuition, creativity, and the instinctual self.



through movement, reflection, and creative practice, we begin the work of noticing what deserves our attention and what dulls the wild nature of the soul 



Chapter Two: Stalking the Intruder will include:
• an hour-long vinyasa yoga practice
• a *Bluebeard* lecture + guided discussion from *Women Who Run With the Wolves*
• a hands-on photo embroidery workshop, stitching into images as a practice of reclamation
