**This third workshop is about learning to trust your inner guide**.&#x20;



Inspired by Clarissa Pinkola Estés’ *Women Who Run With the Wolves*, the story of Vasalisa and Baba Yaga is about intuition, discernment, and learning to trust the inner voice that guides you through uncertainty.



Through movement, reflection, and creative practice, we begin the work of meeting the woman-who-knows



You do **not** need to have read the book to attend, though participants are encouraged to have a copy and continue the exploration between gatherings.&#x20;



This two-hour experience will include:
• a creative vinyasa yoga flow
• a guided journaling session
• chanting and kirtan, using our voices as a tool to awaken parts of ourselves that are learning to listen and trust



This workshop is for those feeling the quiet pull toward doing the deep work to come back into contact with the true self. It is gentle, embodied, and intentionally spacious.
