**Rewilding: Skeleton Woman**&#x20;

*When the Heart is a Lonely Hunter*

**This fifth workshop is an** invitation to explore what lies beneath the surface, to soften the fear of what lies beneath, and to allow ourselves to be seen and known.



Inspired by Clarissa Pinkola Estés’ *Women Who Run With the Wolves*, this workshop draws from the story of the **Skeleton Woman.** The story teaches us to stop running from the parts of ourselves that frighten us but to meet them with curiosity and compassion



You do **not** need to have read the book to attend, though participants are encouraged to have a copy and continue the exploration between gatherings.



This two-hour experience will include:
• a creative vinyasa yoga flow
• a guided journaling session
• chanting and kirtan, using our voices as a tool to sing love into the parts of ourselves that we fear



This workshop is for those feeling the quiet pull toward intuition, instinct, and a deeper relationship with the self. It is gentle, embodied, and intentionally spacious.



**This is the fifth class of six.**
