## Rhythm & Roots is a monthly morning experience that brings the energy of conscious festival culture to your regular Friday. We dance to a live DJ, give back to our Los Angeles neighbors, and leave feeling more alive than we arrived.&#x20;

## This is for the ones who get natural highs from movement and music. The ones who live for festival season but are exhausted by the recovery.

**The Experience:**&#x20;

DJ Naach (@naach\_music): **Prranit aka *ñaach* (He/Him)** is a DJ, event producer, & community organizer. Born in India, raised in Cameroon, and now based in Los Angeles, he brings a unique blend of Disco, 90s Rave, and Afro/Latin percussions to infuse more playfulness into the world.

He has performed for global brands such as Adidas and Les Mills, and at international festivals such as Burning Man and Same Same But Different, supporting legendary artists such as Jordan Suckley and Ben Nicky.

He is also the founder of **Disconnect Foundation**, a nonprofit rooted in movement, healing, and activism. He believes that dancing is the most powerful way to unite people - on the dancefloor, we are all equal.

**The Give-Back Dance:**&#x20;

We're partnering with **Disconnect Foundation** to collect donations for Downtown's unhoused women. Bring items from their most-needed list and get entered into a FREE Theragun massage. This is what it feels like to give from a full cup.

**What to Expect:**&#x20;

10:00–10:30am: Arrive, send in your donations, write on the gratitude wall, grab your complimentary cacao/tea, and warm up to the pre-party vibes.&#x20;

10:30–10:45am: Ground yourself. A short meditation and body activation gets you out of your head and into your body, right where the magic happens.&#x20;

10:45–11:30am: DJ Naach takes the decks. 45 minutes of pure, sober euphoria. Dance it out, shake it off, and remember what joy feels like in your body.&#x20;

11:30–12:00pm: Cool down with a guided mobility flow. Leave with loose muscles, a clear mind, and new friends.
