We're bringing together movement and **soca** for a feel-good, intentional morning. We'll start with a **soca-infused mat Pilates** experience, take time to connect over light refreshments, and close out with a **high energy soca dance** session.

This is for anyone who loves soca music, community, and pouring back into themselves.

LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE OF CLAIMS,  ASSUMPTION OF RISK & HOLD HARMLESS  AGREEMENT 

By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 

1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION 
I understand that I am voluntarily participating in activities hosted by Emely Polanco and/or Rich In  Experience LLC at Peaceful Peacock Orlando, LLC, which may include movement, stretching, yoga inspired activities, dance, exercise, walking, standing, transitions between seated and standing  positions, use of studio floors and entryways, and general participation in an active event  environment. 
I understand participation is voluntary and I may stop participation at any time. 

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK 
I understand that participation in movement-based activities involves inherent risks, including but not  limited to: 
• Slips, trips, and falls  
• Injuries related to movement or physical activity  
• Muscle strains, sprains, or tears  
• Aggravation of pre-existing conditions  
• Collisions with participants or objects  
• Injuries occurring in parking lots, walkways, entrances, bathrooms, or common areas 
• Risks associated with floors, mats, steps, uneven surfaces, perspiration, footwear, or physical  exertion  
• Illness, medical emergencies, disability, paralysis, or death  
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with participation in this  event and use of the premises. 

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY 
I, on behalf of myself, my spouse, domestic partner, heirs, family members, estate, executors,  administrators, representatives, assigns, and anyone acting on my behalf, fully release, waive,  discharge, and covenant not to sue: 
• Emely Polanco  
• Rich In Experience, LLC  
• Peaceful Peacock Orlando, LLC  
• The Peaceful Peacock  
• All owners, employees, instructors, contractors, volunteers, facilitators, landlords, affiliates,  agents, and representatives associated with the event or venue  
from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, damages, costs, expenses, or losses  of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to participation in the event or  presence on the premises, including claims arising from negligence. 

This release includes, without limitation: 
• Personal injury  
• Property damage  
• Slip and fall incidents  
• Tripping on ramps, steps, pavement 
• Wrongful death, ambulance calls made on my behalf 
• Emotional distress  
• Medical expenses  
• Lost wages  
• Future damages  
• Claims brought by family members, dependents, estates, or third parties  

4. HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION 
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Emely Polanco, Rich In Experience LLC, Peaceful  Peacock Orlando, LLC, and all related parties from and against any claims, lawsuits, liabilities,  damages, judgments, attorney’s fees, or expenses arising from:
• My participation in the event  
• My actions or conduct  
• Injury to myself or others caused by me  
• Claims brought by my family members, heirs, estate, or representatives  
I understand this Agreement is intended to be interpreted as broadly and inclusively as permitted  under Florida State law. 

5. MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT 
I certify that I am physically capable of participating in event activities and have consulted a physician  if necessary. I understand that no medical services may be available onsite. 

I authorize emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary and accept full financial responsibility  for any medical expenses incurred. 

6. PERSONAL PROPERTY 
I understand that Emely Polanco, Rich In Experience LLC, and Peaceful Peacock Orlando, LLC are  not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. 

7. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE 
I understand that photography and video recording may occur during the event. By participating, I  grant permission for my likeness, image, voice, or appearance to be used in promotional, marketing,  social media, and archival materials without compensation or approval rights. 

8. SEVERABILITY 
If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in  full force and effect. 

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING 
I have carefully read this Agreement and fully understand its contents. I understand that I am waiving  substantial legal rights, including the right to sue, and I sign this Agreement voluntarily and without  inducement.

FOR MINORS (UNDER 18) 

By checking this box, I certify that (1) this minor ticket has been purchased together with an adult ticket for the minor’s parent or legal guardian, (2) I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant, and (3) I have the legal authority to consent to the minor’s participation. I have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability on behalf of both the minor and myself.


I further agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Rich in Experience, its owners, partners, instructors, volunteers, sponsors, and venue from any claims arising from the minor’s participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.
