Join us for a morning that fuels your body and your heart! Ride For A Cause is a STRENGTH IN THE CITY signature event designed to uplift, connect, and give back—this time in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, benefiting Support The Enlisted Project (STEP).

In proud partnership with Edge Cycle, we’re bringing the community together for an energizing combo of Cycle, Pilates and yoga classes right on the beautiful San Diego waterfront. After your workout, stick around for a well-earned celebration of community, great food, and good vibes.

**Class Schedule:**
8:30 AM | 45-Min Cycle or 8:30 | 45-Min Yoga led by Sophie Hecht

9:30 AM | 45-Min Cycle  or 9:30 AM | 45-Min Pilates

**Your ticket includes:**

* Any of the fitness classes
* A Taco bar by Carnitas’ Snack Shack
