Join us for our **Rise & Radiate: Waterside District Edition**, a refreshing wellness experience held during the **Norfolk Flea Market**. Before you explore the market, take some time for yourself through mindful movements, stretching, breathwork, and intentional moments of stillness to help you wake up your body and start your day feeling grounded and energized.



After class, explore the **Norfolk Flea Market**, grab something to eat or drink, and shop local vendors. The market is held monthly at the Waterside District and is free and open to the public.



**📍 Location:** The Yard — lawn area behind Blue Moon TapHouse

**🚙 Parking:** Street or garage parking; first 2 hours are free

Health & Responsibility

I understand that Oasis Health community programming may involve physical movement or activations and that any class may carry some risk of injury. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and will take full responsibility for my health and safety during all sessions. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician before beginning any physical activity.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By signing this waiver, I voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness (including but not limited to contagious or infectious diseases), or damages that may result from my participation, whether known or unknown. In doing so, I release and discharge Oasis Health Group LLC, its employees, subcontractors, and subsidiaries from any and all claims or causes of action—past, present, or future—arising out of my participation, including those due to negligence. This includes any claims related to use of the facilities, classes held off-site, or other sponsored events.

Property & Media Consent

I give permission to Oasis Health Group LLC to use photographs or video in which I may appear for promotional purposes. If I do not consent to being photographed, I understand it is my responsibility to inform instructors before class.
