🤲 **MEET YOUR GUIDES**

Jonathan Relucio (he/him/siya)
For a decade, Jonathan taught trauma-healing yoga, meditation, and mindfulness in urban schools, mental health clinics, juvenile detention centers, and Palestine refugee camps as a Senior Trainer with the Niroga Institute. Trained through Spirit Rock, East Bay Meditation Center, and Braided Wisdom, he now teaches with each and is currently part of Spirit Rock's Community Dharma Leaders cohort. With 20+ years across organizing, healing, and leadership, his work weaves together Buddha Dharma, restorative justice, Indigenous medicine, dance, martial arts, and Filipino culture in service of collective liberation.

Jeff Samson
A professional trainer, martial artist, and assisted-stretch bodyworker, Jeff has spent nearly two decades helping people build strength, flexibility, and confidence through movement. His teaching is rooted in both discipline and compassion, with a special love for beginners and weekend warriors of all ages. Grounded and community-centered, he's active in a Filipino men's group and a meditation community across the Bay.

Romeo DelaCruz
Romeo is a Filipino+American musician whose work is informed by contemplative practice, indigenous traditions, nature, and community ritual. Drawing from years of Vipassanā meditation, martial arts discipline, and spiritually rooted music circles, he brings a grounded, heartfelt presence centered on resilience, brotherhood, and connection.

Mirza Kopelman
Mirza is a percussionist, multi-instrumentalist, and educator who's been playing for over 35 years, including the last 15 with Bay Area band The Seshen, touring nationally and internationally. His playing spans Brazilian, West African, Latin, and Middle Eastern percussion traditions, and most recently the kora, a new journey of discovery he's loving.
