We’re kicking things off at 7:30 AM at Circle House Coffee with a FREE 40-minute SWEAT440 workout that’s open to the public. Come get your sweat in, meet the community, and start your morning strong.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in. Ample paid-by-phone parking is available nearby.

Be sure to bring your own exercise mat, towel, and water bottle.
