Before most of the city wakes, join us for an energizing breathwork session led by Alexander Gouyet that will sharpen your mind and fire up your body. Then, plunge into the crystal-clear Barton Springs for an instant full-body reset.

 

☕ After the cold plunge, we’ll gather on the grass for a mindful gong fu cha tea ceremony, letting conversation and connection flow in the morning light.
