Get ready to sweat, sip, and snack with us. Join us for **Spin + Din**, a high-energy night designed for women in Sacramento who want to move their bodies, fuel up with good food, and meet new friends in the process.



We'll kick things off with a 45-minute cycle class at CycleBar Midtown, then head over to refuel with tacos, chips, and guac from 5 Tacos + Beer. It's the perfect mix of endorphins, carbs, and community — what more could you want on a Friday night?



**This class is open to all fitness levels.** Whether you've taken 100 cycle classes or this is your very first ride, you are absolutely welcome here. Go at your own pace, listen to your body, and have fun with it!



Whether you come solo (most girls do!) or bring a bestie, this is the perfect space to push yourself, treat yourself, and connect with other women in the city.



**Heads up — tickets are limited, so don't wait to lock in your spot.**



#### ***What's Included***

* 45-minute cycle class at CycleBar Midtown
* Cycle shoe rental
* Dinner from 5 Tacos + Beer — your choice of carne asada, birria, or grilled chicken tacos, plus chips and guac
* All tax and tips for your meal covered — no need to bring extra cash
* Time to connect and meet new friends after class

#### ***Schedule***

* **6:45 PM** — Doors open. Please arrive at 6:45 PM to check in with the GNO team, grab your shoes, store your stuff in a locker, snag your bike, and warm up.
* **7:00 PM** — Class starts SHARP. You must be on your bike and ready to ride.
* **After class** — Tacos, drinks, and good convo at 5 Tacos + Beer

#### ***What to Bring***

* Workout attire you can sweat in
* Water bottle
* Hair tie + small towel (trust us)
* A positive attitude and an open mind

#### ***⚠️ Required Before the Event***

You **MUST** complete the following before Friday, May 15th, or you will not be allowed to take the class — no exceptions:

1. **Sign the official CycleBar Midtown waiver**
2. **Select your bike** through the CycleBar Midtown booking system



#### ***🚗 Parking***

Street parking is available with both free and paid metered options. Please plan ahead and give yourself enough time to arrive at 6:45 PM, check in, and warm up before class starts at 7 PM sharp.
