📝 RNNR CLUB PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Please read carefully before participating. By joining any RNNR CLUB run or activity, you agree to the following:

1. Acknowledgement of Risk
I understand that participation in RNNR CLUB runs involves physical activity which may carry risks including, but not limited to, falls, collisions, heat exhaustion, dehydration, injuries, or in rare cases, more serious health events. I voluntarily choose to participate and fully assume all risks associated with running or exercising in a group setting.

2. Medical Responsibility
I certify that I am physically fit and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional. I understand that it is my responsibility to listen to my body and make decisions in the best interest of my health and well-being.

3. Personal Responsibility
I agree to follow all instructions from RNNR CLUB leaders and pacers, and to be respectful of public spaces, other runners, and traffic laws. I understand that I am responsible for my own safety before, during, and after the group run.

4. Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless RNNR CLUB, its organizers, volunteers, run leaders, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses I may experience as a result of participation in any club-related activity, including group runs and social events.

5. Media Release (Optional)
I grant RNNR CLUB permission to use photos or videos taken during group runs for promotional purposes, including on social media or the club’s website. If I do not wish to be included, I will notify a club leader.

6. COVID-19 / Illness Policy
I agree not to attend any RNNR CLUB activity if I am experiencing symptoms of illness or have tested positive for a contagious condition. I acknowledge that participation in group events may carry an inherent risk of exposure.

By participating in any RNNR CLUB event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver in full.
