By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the Rodeo Fitness Party, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in workouts, line dancing, cold plunges, chiropractic services, B-12 shots, soft tissue/manual therapy, and related activities involves risks of injury, illness, or accidents. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for any risks, known or unknown.

2. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Naples Coffee Club, event organizers, instructors, vendors, sponsors, partners, and the venue (Paradise Coast Sports Complex) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of participation in this event.

3. Fitness & Health Disclosure
I confirm that I am physically fit to participate in this event. I have consulted a physician if necessary and will listen to my own limits. I accept full responsibility for my health and safety during the event.

4. Third-Party Services
I understand that wellness services such as chiropractic sessions, B-12 shots, and soft tissue/manual therapy are provided by independent vendors. Naples Coffee Club is not responsible for these services, and participation is at my own risk.

5. Photo & Video Release
I grant Naples Coffee Club permission to use photos and videos taken during the event for marketing, promotions, and social media, without compensation.

6. Emergency Consent
In case of emergency, I consent to medical treatment deemed necessary and accept full financial responsibility for any related costs.

7. Code of Conduct
By participating in this event, I agree to:
🚫 Not bring pets or animals (no dogs allowed).
🚫 Not bring or consume alcohol at the event.
✅ Act respectfully and appropriately toward all attendees, staff, and vendors.
✅ Park only in designated parking spots (not on grass or non-parking areas).
✅ Clean up after myself and respect the venue property.
