## **Saturday Morning LADIES ONLY Skate Sessions ☀️🛼**

Join Rollerina Skate Co every **first and last Saturday of the month during the summer** for our community skate sessions at:



Lake Nona High School

12500 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL 32832

🕘 **Time:** 9:00 AM

These sessions are designed for skaters of all levels and ages. We’ll have structured skills practice areas set up with cones and drills for: Braking, Crossovers, Braiding, Lemons, Backwards skating, Jumps, Balance & control And more!



We’ll have both **quad skate instructors** and **inline skate instructors** available to help beginners get started and support skaters looking to improve their skills.

**Please note:**

* Rollerina Skate Co does **not** provide skates or safety equipment. All participants skate at their own risk. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. These sessions are hosted within the Local Habit Community Market, so come skate, support local vendors, and enjoy the community atmosphere!

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement

By participating in any Rollerina Skate Co skating class, meetup, lesson, route skate, social skate, or related activity (“Activities”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that participation in roller skating activities is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Falls
Collisions with people, vehicles, objects, or surfaces
Uneven pavement or skating conditions
Equipment malfunction
Serious injury, disability, or death

I voluntarily choose to participate at my own risk.

2. Skate at Your Own Risk

I understand that roller skating is a physical activity and “skate at your own risk” applies at all times during Rollerina Skate Co Activities.

I accept full responsibility for my personal safety, decisions, and actions while participating.

3. No Equipment Provided

I understand that Rollerina Skate Co does not provide skates, helmets, pads, or any protective equipment.

I am solely responsible for:

Providing my own gear
Ensuring my equipment is safe and properly fitted
Deciding whether to wear protective equipment
4. Instruction Disclaimer

I understand that Rollerina Skate Co provides general beginner guidance, skating tips, demonstrations, and encouragement only.

Rollerina Skate Co instructors, volunteers, organizers, and affiliates are not licensed medical professionals or certified safety trainers, and no guarantees are made regarding:

My skating ability
My progress
My safety during participation

I understand that all instruction is followed at my own discretion and risk.

5. Health & Physical Condition

I certify that I am physically able to participate in skating activities and have no condition that would prevent safe participation.

I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician if I have concerns about my health or fitness.

6. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Rollerina Skate Co, its owners, organizers, instructors, volunteers, assistants, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in Activities, including those caused by negligence.

7. Route Meetups & Public Spaces

I understand that some Activities may occur on public streets, trails, parks, sidewalks, parking lots, or other uncontrolled environments.

I agree to:

Follow traffic laws and local regulations
Stay aware of surroundings
Exercise caution at all times

I understand Rollerina Skate Co cannot control public conditions, traffic, weather, or the actions of others.

By attending and participating in Rollerina Skate Co.  Activities, I understand and agree that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during events, classes, meetups, and route skates.

I grant Rollerina Skate Co permission to use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance in promotional materials, social media content, marketing, advertising, and other business-related content without compensation or further approval. I understand these materials may be published publicly in print or digital form.

9. Participant Requirements

I confirm that:

I am at least 18 years old
OR
A parent/legal guardian has signed on my behalf

Minors

Any participant under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during Rollerina Skate Co Activities.

The accompanying adult accepts full responsibility for the minor’s supervision, safety, conduct, and participation and agrees to all terms of this waiver on behalf of the minor participant.

10. Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that:

I have read and understood this waiver
I understand the risks involved
I voluntarily agree to these terms
