By purchasing a ticket to Rooftop Pilates + Brunch, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in a pilates class involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strain, or injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.
Health Acknowledgment I confirm that I am in adequate physical health to participate in a pilates class. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to participation if I have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. I  agree to inform the instructor and event organizer of any injuries or conditions prior to class.
Release of Liability I hereby release and hold harmless the instructor and event organizer, and Solaire Rooftop from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising from my participation in this event, including any injury, accident, or illness sustained during the event.
Photo & Video Consent I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event and may be shared on social media. By attending, I consent to being photographed or filmed and to the use of such images for promotional purposes.
Acknowledgment By completing my ticket purchase, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
