Join us for a high-energy, welcoming rooftop workout experience designed to help you reconnect, reset, and feel proud of yourself.

Sculpt & Flow is a lower-body focused workout using resistance bands, paired with uplifting music, rooftop views, and we’ll finish with a guided cooldown flow led by a special guest yoga instructor to help you stretch, breathe, and reset.  After class, stay and enjoy.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned participant (“Participant”) as a condition of participating in the fitness, dance, and/or wellness event hosted by KSM Wellness / KSM Enterprise LLC in collaboration with Diablo From the Rooftop (“Event”).
By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge, understand, and voluntarily agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participating in physical fitness and wellness activities—including but not limited to dance, sculpting, strength training, yoga, meditation, sound healing, and related exercises—involves inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to:
Personal injury, sprains, strains, or fractures
Emotional release or psychological discomfort
Temporary or permanent disability, illness, or death
Property damage or financial loss
I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in the Event, whether caused by my own actions, the actions/omissions of others, or the ordinary negligence of the organizers, facilitators, or venue.
2. Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, I hereby waive, release, and discharge:
KSM Wellness / KSM Enterprise LLC
Diablo From the Rooftop (venue host)
Their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, and affiliates
from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any injury, illness, disability, death, property damage, or loss arising out of or connected to the Event.
This release applies to claims based on ordinary negligence but does not apply to claims based on gross negligence or willful misconduct under Arizona law.
3. Health and Physical Condition
I certify that I am in good health and physically and mentally able to participate in this Event. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult a physician before engaging in new physical activity. I agree to notify instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participating.
4. Media Release
I grant KSM Wellness / KSM Enterprise LLC and Diablo From the Rooftop the irrevocable right to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture my likeness during the Event. I authorize the use of these images and recordings for promotional, marketing, educational, or informational purposes in any media now known or later developed, without compensation to me.
I release the organizers from any claims related to the use of my image or likeness.
5. Personal Belongings
I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings. The organizers and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
6. Acknowledgment and Consent
I have carefully read this Waiver and Release of Liability, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to be bound by them. I understand that by signing below, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for injuries or damages.
