ABOUT ROSEDALE :

A stunning historic Georgian style estate built in 1898. On just under an acre of lush gardens, this beautiful home features 4 bedrooms and a carriage house that doubles as a playroom, bonus room, or man cave. Experience the beautifully preserved features of a historic retreat, with modern amenities. Every bedroom comes with a unique theme. The primary suite features a king bed with an attached bathroom and is of the French toile Chateau era. The pink garden room also features a king bed and a love seat. The Harry Potter room has a queen bed with glittering ceiling and wallpaper original to the movie. Lastly, the bee room has an art nouveau feel with bunk beds and a vanity. There is a secondary bathroom with a walk-in shower on the second level. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The property grounds have a slow wandering creek, roses, beautiful shade trees, large front patio, a balcony and a tree swing.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR INJURY

1. I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE BEAUTY BOOST BOISE, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, VOLUNTEERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR INJURY, ILLNESS, ACCIDENT, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT.

THE BEAUTY BOOST BOISE DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ACTIONS, NEGLIGENCE, MISCONDUCT, OR OMISSIONS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY VENDORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, PARTNERS, OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS INVOLVED IN THE EVENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL SERVICES, TREATMENTS, DEMONSTRATIONS, OR ACTIVATIONS PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES ARE AT MY OWN RISK.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PERSONAL ITEMS

1. I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE BEAUTY BOOST BOISE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PERSONAL PROPERTY AT THE EVENT.

MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY

1. I CERTIFY THAT I AM PHYSICALLY ABLE TO PARTICIPATE AND WILL SEEK MEDICAL CLEARANCE IF NECESSARY. I AGREE THAT I AM SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS, TREATMENTS, OR EMERGENCIES THAT MAY OCCUR.

MEDIA RELEASE

1. I GRANT PERMISSION FOR THE BEAUTY BOOST BOISE TO PHOTOGRAPH, FILM, OR OTHERWISE RECORD THE EVENT AND TO USE MY IMAGE, LIKENESS, AND VOICE FOR MARKETING, PROMOTIONAL, OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES WITHOUT COMPENSATION.

NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET POLICY

1. I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ILLNESS, SCHEDULING CONFLICTS, PERSONAL EMERGENCIES, WEATHER, OR FAILURE TO ATTEND. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS
