This summer, we’re bringing the energy higher—literally.

Join us every Saturday at Margaritaville Resort Times Square for a **rooftop wellness series** designed to bring movement, music, and community together—set against iconic skyline views on the 7th floor sundeck.

We’re making this season more **accessible, flexible, and community-powered**:

* **Sliding scale tickets ($5–$25)**
* Sliding scale reservations **guarantee your spot**
* A **pay-what-you-can model**
* **Mat rental $5**

In partnership with Pure Barre, select dates will feature **barre-inspired classes** integrated into the series.

Expect a rotating lineup of **Sputnik Yoga flows**, **guest instructors**, and **Pure Barre-led sessions**—blending mindful movement, strength, and music.

By participating in this event, I agree to the following:

1. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my physician prior to and regarding my participation in any fitness activity, including this event. l represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in this event. 

2. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risk, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which l might incur as a result of my participation in this event.

3. I will be responsible for all personal items and will not hold Sputnik Yoga, their instructors and the hosting facility or any of its employees or host venues responsible for said effects in the events of loss or theft.

4. I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE Sputnik Yoga, its owners, organizers, instructors, employees, and host venues from any claim, demand, or cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in their classes, events, workshops, or other activities. By taking part in this event or other activities, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, events, workshops, or other activities.

5. I agree to be added to the Sputnik Yoga mailing lists and receive occasional email communications notifying me of coming events and activities or other information. I understand that I may unsubscribe anytime.

6. I hereby grant Sputnik Yoga permission, in perpetuity, to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to: marketing communication material, videos or online material, social media campaigns, or web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I hereby authorize Sputnik Yoga to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these images for any lawful purpose and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of such images. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Sputnik Yoga and the venue from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

7. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content and I am legally competent to voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
