Service has always been a pillar of the RUCK — using our movement and our time to do something that matters.

The Blood RUCK is a simple, intentional service ruck.

We’ll meet at Buzz Mill and take a light, slow-paced ruck over to Squatch, where we’ll donate blood through We Are Blood. This is not about mileage, speed, or weight. It’s about showing up together and giving something that has an immediate impact.

Blood donations save lives, and doing it as a group reinforces what this community stands for — shared effort, shared responsibility, and service beyond ourselves.
