Before we close out May, we're heading back to what might honestly be one of the best spots in all of Central Texas.

San Marcos.

Join us for the final RUCK of May as we head south for RUCK N' MAC. A river walk, swim, hang, and full-day reset built around one of the most magical waterways in Texas.

We'll RUCK sections along the San Marcos River, move through town, and eventually work our way toward Rio Vista Park to cool off, swim, and hang together by the falls.

This one is a little different from our usual Sunday loop.

It's a longer drive.
A longer day.
And absolutely worth it.

The San Marcos River stays a crystal clear 72 degrees year-round, fed directly from the Edwards Aquifer by one of the largest spring systems in Texas. Millions of gallons push out of the springs every single day, creating one of the most unique ecosystems in the state.

The river has its own culture too.

Tubing. Rope swings. Mermaid shows. College kids. Old river rats. Families. Music. Swimming holes.

There's a reason people keep coming back to San Marcos.

There's something special about that water.

So plan on a full Sunday. Bring your suit, bring your towel, bring your pack, and get ready to spend the day outside with the crew.

One last RUCK before we roll fully into summer.
