Firm AF – Liability Waiver & Release

By participating in any Firm AF activity, including but not limited to running events, fitness classes, and training sessions, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that physical activity, including running and exercise, involves inherent risks such as injury, illness, or accidents. I voluntarily choose to participate.

Health Confirmation
I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from engaging in physical activity.

Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Firm AF, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

Outdoor Activities
I understand that outdoor events (including Run AF) may involve additional risks such as uneven surfaces, traffic, and weather conditions.

Personal Responsibility
I agree to follow all instructions, respect the group environment, and participate at my own pace.

Media Release (optional but recommended)
I grant permission for Firm AF to capture photos/videos during events and use them for marketing purposes.

Acknowledgment
By registering or attending, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
