East Bay Runners
This is a group for people who enjoy running but need a little extra motivation to get out the door! Let's band together and make it happen. Welcome to runners of all levels. Our usual meetups are at Heather Farm Park at 9:00 am on Saturdays. We usually run between 45-60 minutes, and people running at the same pace can run together. We hope you can join us! And as always, please feel free to invite your friends and family.
