RUN & RAVE is back. Join Lunge Run Club for a **5K run or 1.5-mile hot walk**, followed by an epic **DJ set at The Bullpen.**


**Think:** Miles first, beers after.

**Details**: The run will begin promptly at 11:00am so please **arrive by 10:30am** so you can find your pace group (pace groups will vary between 8 min/mile-10:30 min/mile+). The run will start and end at **The Bullpen** . \*Hot walking option is also available and will finish at the same time as the runners.


Expect a quick sweat, drinks after, activations, and meeting new people! See you there.
