Expect **DJ sets by Tempo Tunes + Cruz Control inside & outside, an outdoor mat Pilates class by Tremble, recovery + wellness activations, and a pizza party inside Perlas.**

RUN & RHYTHM — PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE
By registering for and/or attending Run & Rhythm hosted by Socialista Club LLC, I acknowledge that participation may include running, walking, mat Pilates, stretching, recovery activations, and other physical activities. I understand that these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, overexertion, dehydration, illness, injury, or other unforeseen risks.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and confirm that I am physically able to participate in any activities I choose to take part in. I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own health and physical condition and may stop participating at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Socialista Club LLC, Perlas Pizza, Tremble, Tempo Tunes, Cruz Control, participating vendors, instructors, sponsors, partners, staff, volunteers, property owners, and their respective representatives and affiliates from claims arising from injury, illness, property damage, loss, or other harm related to my voluntary participation in the event, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
PHOTO + VIDEO RELEASE: I understand that photography and videography will take place throughout the event. By attending, I grant Socialista Club LLC and its authorized partners permission to photograph, film, and record my likeness and to use this content for social media, marketing, advertising, promotional materials, and other event-related purposes without compensation.
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and that participation in any third-party vendor or recovery activation is voluntary.
By completing my registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this Participant Waiver & Release, including the Photo + Video Release. My registration serves as my electronic acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
