# **HOLIDAY SOIRÉE!**

**December 12 & 13, 2025 | The Milk District – Downtown Orlando**

Created in collaboration with **Smoke & Donuts**.

Run The Weekend is a community-based running festival built on the belief that *everyone* is a runner - or has the potential to be. Whether you’re just curious about running or you’re a seasoned athlete, this weekend is for you. All paces, all backgrounds, all identities -come move, explore, and have fun with us.

This isn’t your typical running event - it’s a full-blown celebration. Expect **two group runs, two competitive races, a live DJ, food, portraits, a costume contest, and an incredible community experience.**

And yes… **General Admission is FREE.**

We want this to be accessible to everyone.
But! **Some experiences and races are paid, and supporting those helps keep events like this free for the community.** ❤️&#x20;

There’s also a **$12 “Support Us” Tier** - it doesn’t include any extras or race entries, it’s simply a way to back the project if you believe in what we’re building and want to help keep these community festivals going.

# ✨ **FRIDAY · DECEMBER 12 - TIMELINE**

**6:00 PM** – Check-In
Grab your wristband - required for runs, races, and portraits.

**6:20 PM** – Warm-Up

**6:30 PM** – **All Paces Run** hosted by [Ten10 Run Club](https://www.instagram.com/ten10runclub/)
A fun, chill 2-miler. When we say ALL paces, we mean it.

**7:15–8:00 PM** – BEER MILE RACE! Drink beer and run a mile as fast as possible. There will be two heats. Both heats require individual tickets.

Heat 1: 1 beer at the start and another 1/2 mile in - 2 beers in total.
Heat 2: 1 beer every 1/4th mile - 4 beers in total.

-Top 3 Male, female, and non-binary races will win prizes!

**8:00–9:00 PM** Parking Lot Hangout + Portrait Studio by David Lawrence. Hop into the studio for **FREE portraits**.
Enjoy drinks, food, and vendors.

Pre Fest Community Run with Chill Miles Collective- THIS WILL BE HELD AT [EASY LUCK COFFEE AND BODEGA](https://www.instagram.com/easyluckorl/)!

6:30am- Check in at Easy Luck Coffee.

6:45am - Begin Warm Up.&#x20;

7:00am - 4 Mile Run through Downtown Orlando begins

8:00am-9am Mingle/Get coffee/Post Sweaty Photoshoot!

9am- Head to Smoke and Donuts for 12 Stops of Christmas Race!

9:30am- Check in at Smoke and Donuts for race!

10:00am-11:30am - 12 Stops of Christmas Race to benefit "[One Heart for Woman and Children](https://helponeheart.org/)" - Ticket required.

A 12-stop race through the Milk District! Racers will receive a holiday passport and travel itinerary. Get your passport stamped at all 12 stops, then dash back to Smoke & Donuts to finish - on Dasher, on Prancer!

A portion of the proceeds of each ticket will go to support One Heart.&#x20;

12pm-12:30pm – **Holiday Costume Contest**
Bring your most festive, creative, or unhinged holiday outfit.
Top 3 costumes win prizes! Judged by our panel.

12:30pm-2:00pm Parking Lot Hangout + Portrait Studio by David Lawrence. Hop into the studio for **FREE portraits**.
Enjoy drinks, food, and vendors.

A collaborative 12 stop race with Chill Miles Collective to raise funds and gifts for "One Heart Woman and Children". Top 3 men, woman, and non binary winners will receive awards and prizes!

Heat one: Beer mile race in the parking lot of Smoke & Donuts. One Beer at the beginning and one beer at the end. Finish as fast as you can. Racers will win prizes!

Heat two: Beer mile race in the parking lot of Smoke & Donuts. One Beer ever 1/4th Mile. Finish as fast as you can. Racers will win prizes!

GA is free! This includes community runs, portrait studio, and over all admission. To participate in races an additional ticket is required.

While GA is free, we would love if you supported the event by buying a ticket!
