Run4Sudan Participant Waiver & Release

By registering for and participating in Run4Sudan, I acknowledge and agree that participation in the 5K run, community walk, children’s race, and related event activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, weather conditions, and physical injury.

I confirm that I am voluntarily participating and am responsible for determining whether I am physically able to participate safely. I agree to follow event rules, instructions from organizers and volunteers, and to act responsibly throughout the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Run4Sudan organizers, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and event hosts from claims arising from my participation in the event, except where prohibited by law.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize the event organizers to seek appropriate medical assistance on my behalf, and I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

I understand that photographs and videos may be taken during the event and may be used for Run4Sudan and Run for Collective promotional and social media purposes.

By completing registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release.

For participants under 18: A parent or legal guardian must complete registration and provide consent on behalf of the participant.
