By participating in this event, checking in, or entering the premises, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that this event involves physical activity, outdoor conditions, wellness services, fitness demonstrations, use of facilities and equipment, and general event environments. I acknowledge the inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, allergic reactions, dehydration, heat exposure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

I voluntarily participate with full awareness of these risks and assume complete responsibility for my participation.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless:

Runknown LLC, Ultra Padel Aventura, their owners, employees, instructors, vendors, partners, volunteers, affiliates, and all associated parties

from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or actions arising out of or related to my participation in the event or presence at the premises. This includes injuries, illness, accidents, property loss, or any other harm, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I understand I am solely responsible for my own actions and safety.

3. Food & Beverage Consumption

Any food or beverages consumed at the event are done so at my own risk.

Runknown LLC and Ultra Padel Aventura are not responsible for allergic reactions, illness, contamination, mislabeling, or adverse effects related to food or drink from any vendor present.

4. Medical Treatment & Wellness Services

If medical attention becomes necessary, I consent to reasonable treatment and release all parties from liability resulting from such care.

Any wellness services, injections, massages, physical therapy, or similar offerings provided at the event are performed by the licensed professionals and vendors supplying those services.
Runknown LLC and Ultra Padel Aventura are not liable for any outcomes related to those services.

5. Media Release

I grant Runknown LLC, Ultra Padel Aventura, and all approved partners the unrestricted right to capture, use, and publish photographs, videos, audio, and media of me taken throughout the event.

This includes use in:

• Social media
• Advertising and marketing
• Websites
• Press
• Promotional materials

I understand that all media may be used without limitation and without compensation.

6. Porsche One-Day Experience (via MPH Club)

The Porsche experience will be fulfilled through MPH Club.
The winner will complete their standard rental agreement directly with MPH Club, who will coordinate all requirements and insurance.

Runknown LLC and Ultra Padel Aventura are not responsible for any terms, conditions, incidents, or liabilities related to the winner’s use of the vehicle.

7. General Agreement

By entering and participating in the event, I confirm that:

• I am participating voluntarily
• I assume full responsibility for myself
• I have read and agree to this waiver
• This release applies to me, my heirs, and assigns
• This waiver is binding to the fullest extent permitted by law
