Followed by hanging out at a patio discussing our monthly book club choice, “Let Them Theory” by Mel Robbins.

Runner Arc Participation Agreement
By checking “I Accept,” I confirm I
am at least 18 years old and agree to the following:
Running, walking, and group activities involve risks of injury, including falls, traffic, overexertion, or other accidents that can happen even when everyone is being careful. I understand these risks and choose to participate anyway. I voluntarily assume all responsibility for my own safety.
I am responsible for my own health and safety. If I have any underlying medical conditions or concerns about my ability to participate safely, I will consult my doctor before joining Runner Arc activities.
I release Runner Arc, its organizers, volunteers, members, and Sweatpals (and their affiliates) from any claims or liability for injury or damage that may occur during Runner Arc activities, to the fullest extent allowed by Tennessee law.

If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder continues in full force and effect
