P3 GIRLS CLUB – SACRED WALK LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By registering for and attending the P3 Girls Club Sacred Walk, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in this event is voluntary. I acknowledge that this event involves light physical activity (walking) and outdoor conditions, which may include uneven terrain, weather changes, and other natural elements.

I understand and accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation in this event, including but not limited to:

• Slips, trips, or falls
• Physical injury or discomfort
• Weather-related conditions
• Any unforeseen incidents

I knowingly assume all such risks.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Pretty Primp & Propa (P3 Girls Club), Vanessa Elaine, event organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in this event.
