We open with a communal drum rhythm, creating a heartbeat of unity and grounding. From there, we move into intentional breathwork awakening inner energy, releasing what no longer serves, and calling in deeper presence and clarity.

We close with the transformative power of the ice bath a ritual of courage, surrender, and renewal. The cold becomes a doorway into resilience, empowerment, and embodied peace.

A sacred space to reconnect with yourself, recharge your spirit, and remember the ancient wisdom that lives within you.

**What to bring:**
comfortable clothes, a drum or musical instrument, a bathing suit and towel. If you do not own a drum or instrument, one will be provided for you.
Please **wear your swimsuit underneath your clothes** and **bring a water**.

By registering for and participating in this event hosted at Lab PHX2, LLC, doing business as Optimyze (“Optimyze”), I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

I understand that this event may include wellness activities such as breathwork, cold water immersion (cold plunge), hot tub use, contrast therapy, sound and drumming, group movement, and the use of BioCharger frequency-based wellness technology. I voluntarily choose to participate and acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks, including physical, emotional, mental, and physiological stress.

I understand that participation in these activities is not a substitute for medical care and that no specific outcomes or benefits are guaranteed.

BioCharger-Specific Disclosure

I understand that the BioCharger emits electromagnetic frequencies, pulsed fields, light, sound, and other energetic signals.

I acknowledge that I should not participate in BioCharger sessions if I have, or suspect I may have, any electrically implanted or battery-powered medical device, including but not limited to pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), insulin pumps, neurostimulators, cochlear implants, or any similar medical device.

I understand that electromagnetic or frequency-based technologies may interfere with implanted medical devices and could pose serious health risks. I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to determine whether participation in the BioCharger is safe for me, and I may opt out of BioCharger participation at any time.

Cold Plunge, Hot Tub & Contrast Therapy Risks

I understand that cold water immersion, hot tub use, and contrast therapy may place stress on the cardiovascular, respiratory, and nervous systems and may cause dizziness, changes in heart rate or blood pressure, shortness of breath, fainting, or loss of consciousness.

I acknowledge that individuals with cardiovascular disease, high or low blood pressure, a history of stroke, respiratory or neurological conditions, Raynaud’s syndrome, pregnancy, or sensitivity to cold or heat exposure should not participate or should seek medical clearance prior to participation.

I agree to self-regulate, follow facilitator guidance, and immediately stop participation if I feel unsafe or unwell.

Breathwork Acknowledgment

I understand that breathwork practices may produce physical or emotional responses, including lightheadedness, tingling, emotional release, or altered states of awareness. I acknowledge that breathwork may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical or psychological conditions and that I am responsible for determining my ability to participate safely.

Personal Responsibility & Medical Fitness

I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in this event and that I have considered any medical conditions, medications, or limitations that may affect my ability to participate safely. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own health, well-being, and participation decisions during the event.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Lab PHX2, LLC d/b/a Optimyze, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, volunteers, facilitators, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss, or death.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction (Arizona)

This waiver and any disputes arising from participation in this event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. I agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Arizona.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

By registering for this event, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver, that I voluntarily agree to its terms, and that I assume full responsibility for my participation.
