Do you wish salsa class started with a proper warmup? Do you want more time to break down movements? Do you wish you could drill more? Then this class is for you. Whether that is mastering double turns, purposeful arms, or finding the groove, this class teaches you the skills necessary to train like a dancer. For one hour you will learn to move your body with purpose and how to build sustainable practice routines. 
This is not a salsa partner, shines, or footwork class. While we will use a salsa on2 basic step, no experience necessary.
