Our Salt Power Yoga x TubClub crossover event is back! Join us for a 90 min workshop!

Come for the heat. Stay for the chill. Leave feeling reborn. Reset your nervous system and reconnect with your body in this powerful contrast therapy event. We’re combining the deep stretch and sweat of hot yoga with the sharp, refreshing clarity of a guided cold plunge.

🧘‍♀️ What’s Included:

• Cold Plunge Experience – Guided breathwork and coaching to help you move through the intensity and tap into deep calm and clarity.

• Hot Yoga Session – Build heat, release tension, and open up physically and mentally.

Workshop Fee is $35 drop in, or $25 for Salt Autopay Members.

90 Minutes, please bring a towel and change of yoga clothes for after your cold plunge.

DISCLAIMER
cold water immersion raises blood pressure and increases stress on the heart. studies have shown this is safe for healthy people and the effects are only temporary. like with any high-intensity activity, there are certain risks associated with performing them. check with your doctor beforehand, as cold exposure and/or ‘ice baths’ can have negative and potentially dangerous effects on people who have, but not limited to, the following medical conditions: heart disease. high blood pressure. diabetes. 
it is NOT recommended to sit in an ‘ice bath’ if you are pregnant or nursing.
i, the person, purchaser, and/or attendee, and/or bearer of this pass, acknowledges that participating and/or observing in the activities hosted and/or sponsored by TubClub™️ has inherent risks, including but not limited to ‘breathwork’, ‘ice baths’, ‘ice barrels’, cold exposure, and fire. those risks include but are not limited to:
injuries resulting from exposure to and/or usage of structural spaces, rooms, and/or tents.
injuries resulting from the fall of persons who may come into contact with others, or contact with objects.
injuries resulting from the fall of objects, including but not limited to, water, ice, ‘ice bath(s)’, ‘ice bath’ cover(s), ‘ice barrel(s)’, ‘ice barrel’ cover(s), tree(s), and/or tree branch(es).
injuries resulting from exposure to and/or usage of the event location (brady memorial home, 1151 south side street, pittsburgh, pa, 15212).
injuries resulting from performing ‘breathwork’, breathing exercises and/or the holding of one’s breath for an extended amount of time.
injuries resulting from exposure to cold water and/or cold temperatures for prolonged periods of time.
injuries resulting from exposure to ‘sauna’ heat and/or temperatures for prolonged periods of time.
injuries resulting from entering and/or exiting the ‘ice bath(s)’ and/or ‘ice barrel(s)’. 
injuries resulting from entering and/or exiting the ‘sauna(s)’. 
injuries resulting from exposure to fire and/or open flames.
i am aware of these and numerous other inherent risks in observing or participating in the activities offered and sponsored by TubClub™️. I ASSUME COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY for those risks and for the injuries that may occur as a result of these risks, EVEN IF the injuries occur in a manner that is NOT FORESEEABLE at the time i sign this agreement. i realize that by voluntarily assuming the risks involved, i will be SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for any loss or damage i sustain, including PERSONAL INJURIES to me, damage to my property, or damage arising out of my death.
i acknowledge that my participation with TubClub™️ is voluntary.
if this pass (ticket) is being purchased or has been purchased on my behalf, i agree to the complete terms of this release, and that participation and/or attendance constitutes my agreement and acceptance of this disclaimer.
i am aware of the potential risk and danger involved in breathwork and cold exposure and waive and release TubClub™️ and all staff, affiliates, contractors, volunteers, participants, property owners, and/or business owners of any liability relating to the use of TubClub™️.
PHOTO RELEASE + CONSENT
i, the person, purchaser, and/or attendee, and/or bearer of this pass, hereby grant TubClub™️ permission to use ‘ME and/or MY LIKENESS’ in any photography, videography, design, and/or digital design in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all of TubClub™️ printed and digital publications. i understand and agree that any photograph(s), video(s), design(s), and/or digital design(s) using ‘ME or MY LIKENESS’ will become property of TubClub™️ and will not be returned. 
i acknowledge that since my participation with TubClub™️ is voluntary, i will NOT receive any financial compensation. 
i hereby irrevocably authorize TubClub™️ to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, and/or distribute any photograph(s), video(s), design(s), and/or digital design(s) of ‘ME and/or MY LIKENESS’ for the purposes of publicizing, marketing, and/or displaying TubClub™️ programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. in addition, i waive the right to inspect and/or approve the finished product, including written and/or electronic copy, wherein ‘ME and/or MY LIKENESS’ appears. additionally, i waive any right to royalties and/or other compensation arising out of, or related to, the use of the photograph(s), video(s), design(s), and/or digital design(s). 
i hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge TubClub™️ from all claims, demands, and/or causes of action which i, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, and/or any other persons acting on my behalf and/or on the behalf of my estate have or my have by reason of this authorization.
i am at least 18 years of age and I am competent to contract in my own name. i have read this release before signing below and i fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release. 
if this pass is being purchased or has been purchased on my behalf, i agree to the complete terms of this release, and that participation and/or attendance constitutes my acceptance and permission of the use of ‘ME and/or MY LIKENESS’.
 
WARNING
this agreement is legally binding. by checking the box, you agree to these terms and you give up your right to recover compensation through the courts or otherwise, for any personal injury, damage to your property, theft, or for your death, being caused by negligence, accident or otherwise. you also agree to the terms of the PHOTO RELEASE + CONSENT and you give up your right to recover compensation through the courts or otherwise for any claims of damages, compensation, financial compensation, and/or royalties.
 
DEFINITIONS
‘breathwork’ is defined as any breathing exercise (including but not limited to holotropic breathing, wim hof® method breathing) performed during the event. 
‘ice bath(s)’ are defined as the rubbermaid® structural foam stock tanks, with ice cubes and/or water added to the stock tanks.
‘ice barrel(s)’ are defined as the ice barrel® cold water immersion barrel, with ice cubes and/or water added to the barrels.
‘sauna(s)’ are defined as portable rooms used as a hot-air and/or steam bath(s).
‘ME and/or MY LIKENESS’ is defined as the person, attendee, and bearer of the pass (ticket) who either purchased the pass (ticket) or is listed as the attendee. 
‘TubClub™️’ is defined as the company, staff, volunteers and/or business owners creating, providing, hosting, and/or executing the events, and any volunteer(s), affiliate(s), contractor(s), photographer(s), videographers(s), designer(s) and/or digital designer(s) hired by TubClub™️.
‘TubClub™️’ is the ‘doing business as’ (DBA) name of ICED RHINO, LLC.
