An event hosted by Valeria y Abigail that is dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting with our bodies, and prioritizing self care as an act of strength. Sana Sana brings together spa access, saunas, cold plunges and mindful movement so our community can recharge in peace. Enjoy coffee from Todo Con Amor and agua frescas from Frutaría after a stretch session in the garden with Abigail. 

We are honored to donate all of the proceeds for this event to Yes We Can World Foundation. Yes We Can is dedicated to helping migrant families and providing shelter and education for families. 

This 20 minute stretch session will begin at 11:15am, however everyone is welcome at Wren for the entire event! Wear something comfortable to move in and bring a swimsuit and towel to enjoy the amenities. Mats will be provided. We can’t wait to connect
