In the heart of Chicago, we gather in a small, intentional circle for rest, reflection, and polyvagal nervous system healing through sound, stillness, and community.

Each session includes:
🌿 10 minute Grounding meditation with nature
🧘🏽‍♀️ 10 minute Somatic Breath work techniques
✨ Intention setting & Affirmations
🎶 30 minute Immersive sound bath
📓 Journaling & reflection
🤍 Healing circle & community connection

This is a space for individuals seeking softness, clarity, and restoration in a world that rarely pauses.
