Join us for Sandlot Social at Hotel Hermosa, where mini golf meets tailgate games and everyone gets to play.

Choose a start time. Groups can include up to 6 players. If your group is purchasing tickets separately, just message us and we’ll put you together.

Once you tee off, expect to spend about 45–60 minutes playing through the course - rolling, tossing, aiming, laughing, and competing along the way. Games can be modified for various ages and skill abilities.&#x20;

There will be local food + non-alcoholic drinks onsite to enjoy before or after your round.

Parking is limited underneath the hotel. Walking, biking, and rideshare are encouraged.

Please read this document carefully before signing. Your signature indicates you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Parties
This Waiver and Release of Liability (the "Agreement") is entered into between:
[Sandlot Social] (the "Facility")
The Participant(s) or Parent/Legal Guardian of the Participant(s) (the "Participant")

2. Assumption of Risk
The Participant understands and acknowledges that participating in Sandlot Social involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Tripping and falling due to uneven surfaces, obstacles, or inclines on the course.
- Injuries from games or game pieces.
- Collision with other participants, objects, or course features.
- Exposure to outdoor elements (sun, rain, heat, etc.).
The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks of injury, damage, or loss that may be sustained while participating in activities at the Facility, including any risks that may be caused by the negligence of the Facility, its owners, employees, or agents.

3. Release of Liability
The Participant hereby agrees to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Facility, its owners, agents, employees, and representatives (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Participant, or any property belonging to the Participant, while on or about the premises or while participating in activities.
This release includes any liability arising from the negligence of the Releasees.

4. Covenant to Follow Rules
The Participant agrees to abide by all rules and regulations posted at the Facility and any verbal instructions given by Facility staff. The Participant understands that failure to follow rules may result in expulsion from the course without refund.

5. Medical Consent (If Applicable)
In the event of an emergency, the Participant consents to the administration of first aid and/or emergency medical care as deemed necessary. The Participant is responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

I am the parent/legal guardian of a minor Participant and I hereby consent to their participation and agree to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability on their behalf.
