**Santa's *Pilates* Workshop: Core & Hot Cocoa Edition**

This year, Santa's Helpers are building their glutes, not toys!! This is a hands-on workshop + workout + hot cocoa social hour where you will learn the most important pillars of Pilates!&#x20;

We *all* want to see those results, but the reformer can be intimidating if you've never tried it before. Plus, how do you know if you have the right form if you've never *felt* the way it feels when your core is *properly* engaged?

**During the workshop**

You'll learn how to use the reformer, how to engage your core, and how to breathe properly through the workout!&#x20;

**Then we'll work out on the reformer** and put our knowledge to the test!&#x20;

**Post Pilates**, we'll have a ***Hot Cocoa Social Hour*** so you can grow your girl community and connect!
