WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS IS A RELEASE OF LEGAL RIGHTS.

BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO SUE FOR NEGLIGENCE.

1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that participating in the Saskia Method “TurnsOne” event involves physical activity and may expose me to risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, muscle strain, physical exertion, and other unforeseen hazards. I understand these risks and voluntarily choose to participate.

2. Release of Liability (Including Negligence)

In consideration for being allowed to participate, I release, waive, and discharge Saskia Method, its organizers, instructors, volunteers, employees, contractors, venue owners, and all other associated parties (“Releasees”) from any and all claims or liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the Releasees.

This release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Florida law.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of my participation or my breach of this agreement.

4. Medical Authorization

If I am unable to consent, I authorize the Releasees to obtain emergency medical care for me at my expense. I understand that the Releasees assume no responsibility for any medical care provided.

5. Photo/Video Release (Optional)

I grant permission for Saskia Method to use photos or videos of me taken during the event for promotional or educational purposes.

6. Governing Law & Severability

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. If any part of this waiver is found unenforceable, all other provisions will remain in full force.

As the parent or legal guardian of the above-named minor, I understand the risks associated with this event and consent to their participation. I agree to all terms of the above waiver, including the release of the Releasees from liability for injury or harm to my child caused in part by the negligence of the Releasees, to the fullest extent permitted under Florida law.
