Saturday Flow with Safia is the perfect way to ease into your weekend. This all-levels yoga class is designed to help you reset, breathe, and move with purpose in a supportive, high-energy environment. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a regular on the mat, you are welcome and encouraged to come as you are.

Please bring your yoga mat and water, and plan to arrive on time — we will begin promptly at 9:00 AM.

Parking: Street parking and paid lots are available nearby. Be sure to pay attention to signage, as parking is enforced and tickets are issued. You can also access the venue directly from the BeltLine entrance next to New Realm Brewery.
