**Our first GLOW run 🤍✨**

🩷 The best place for girls to connect

⚡️ Coming solo? You’re exactly where you’re meant to be. We’re so proud of you for stepping out of your comfort zone and showing up.

🌿 We’ll be starting with a beginner-friendly walk/run format, including a light warm-up, guided pacing, and a short, comfortable route.&#x20;

💫 The goal is to leave feeling energized, confident, and proud, not exhausted.

🚶‍♀️ The route is \~2 miles at a conversational pace. It’s about movement, not mileage.

🐾 Dog & stroller friendly—bring your pup or little one along!

☕️ We’ll end at a local coffee spot (Downtown Northville) to hang out, connect, and get to know each other.

💫 Come as you are, bring a friend, and get ready to GLOW with us.

🕘 **Time:** Meet at 9:00 AM, we’ll start our walk/run at 9:30 AM

GLOW Run Club Waiver & Release of Liability

By participating in GLOW Run Club activities, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in walking, jogging, running, and related group activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: falls, collisions, uneven terrain, weather conditions, traffic hazards, and physical exertion that may result in injury, illness, or, in rare cases, serious harm.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. Health & Fitness Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in these activities and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician if I have any concerns about my health or ability to participate.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge GLOW Run Club, its organizers, leaders, volunteers, and any affiliated partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in club activities.

4. Personal Responsibility

I agree to:

Follow all instructions provided by organizers or run leaders
Stay aware of my surroundings and follow traffic and safety rules
Participate at a pace that is safe and appropriate for me
Stop activity if I feel unwell or unsafe
5. Photography & Media Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during events. By participating, I grant GLOW Run Club permission to use my image or likeness for promotional and social media purposes without compensation.

6. No Compensation

I understand that GLOW Run Club is a free, community-based group, and I will not receive compensation for participation.

7. Agreement

By signing up, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
