By registering for and participating in We Outside ATX activities and events, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in physical activity, including but not limited to running, walking, fitness activities, and outdoor events.

I understand that participation may involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, or other physical harm. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and take full responsibility for my own health, safety, and well-being during all activities.

I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless We Outside ATX, its organizers, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in these activities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

I acknowledge that I participate at my own risk and understand that I am responsible for listening to my body, following event guidelines, and stopping if I feel unwell.

I grant permission for photos or videos taken during events to be used for We Outside ATX promotional and community-building purposes.
