\- A relaxed 3-mile run with the girls&#x20;

\- All paces + experience levels welcome&#x20;

\- Time to meet new running girlies + build community&#x20;

\- A quick group intro&#x20;

\*Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can say hi, get settled, and start on time!&#x20;

\*We will meet in front of the bridge by the bathrooms!&#x20;

Running

By attending a 623 Run Club event, I acknowledge that participation in running and physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, traffic, weather conditions, and other potential hazards.
I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any injury, accident, illness, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation.

I understand that 623 Run Club is an informal community run group and is not a professionally supervised or medically supported program.

I hereby release and hold harmless 623 Run Club, its organizers, volunteers, and participants from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from my participation.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and agree to run at my own pace and comfort level.

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event. By attending, I grant permission for 623 Run Club to use any photos or videos that include me for promotional purposes, including posting on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. 

By RSVPing and/or attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
