1. Voluntary Participation

By registering for and/or attending the P3 Girls Club “Sacred Walk” (the “Event”), I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a physical, outdoor group activity organized by Pretty Primp & Propa (“P3 Girls Club”).

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
	•	Physical exertion and fatigue
	•	Slips, trips, or falls
	•	Uneven terrain or environmental conditions
	•	Weather-related risks
	•	Interaction with other participants or the public

I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from negligence.

3. Medical Responsibility

I certify that I am physically capable of participating in this Event and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation.

I understand that P3 Girls Club does not provide medical assistance and I am solely responsible for my health and well-being.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Pretty Primp & Propa (P3 Girls Club), its owner, affiliates, event organizers, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to:
	•	Personal injury
	•	Illness
	•	Property loss or damage
	•	Any other loss sustained during participation

This release applies whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. Code of Conduct

By participating, I agree to:
	•	Conduct myself in a respectful and responsible manner
	•	Follow any guidelines or instructions provided by event organizers
	•	Respect the faith-centered environment and community

P3 Girls Club reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the experience.

6. Media Release & Consent

I grant Pretty Primp & Propa (P3 Girls Club) the irrevocable right to:
	•	Capture, record, and use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance
	•	Use such content for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes

This includes, but is not limited to:
	•	Social media platforms
	•	Website content
	•	Advertising and brand materials

I waive any right to:
	•	Inspect or approve content
	•	Compensation or royalties

7. Photography Opt-Out (Optional Clause — VERY PROFESSIONAL)

If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I understand it is my responsibility to notify event organizers prior to the start of the event.

By RSVP’ing, registering, or attending this Event, I acknowledge that:
