Enjoy a **beginner-friendly Pilates workout**, meet like-minded women, soak in the vibrant downtown atmosphere, and stay afterward to grab coffee, brunch, or explore the city together.



✨ **No experience is necessary this class is designed for all fitness levels.**



🩷 **Mats are provided**, so just bring yourself, water, and a positive attitude.



🎀 **Dress Theme:** Wear **PINK** if you'd like to join in on the theme! If pink isn't your color, simply wear whatever makes you feel your most confident and comfortable.



🚗 **Parking:** Valet parking will be **validated by the hotel** with the purchase of any food or beverage.

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in fitness classes, Pilates, stretching, strength training, wellness activities, workshops, and community events hosted by SimplicityCo Movement involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, dizziness, dehydration, serious injury, permanent disability, or death.
I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities and knowingly assume all risks associated with my participation.

Health Declaration
By signing below, I certify that:
I am at least 18 years of age (or have a parent/legal guardian sign on my behalf if under 18).
I am physically capable of participating in this event.
I have consulted with a physician if I have any medical condition that may affect my ability to exercise safely.
I will immediately stop participating and notify an instructor if I experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any unusual symptoms.

Release of Liability
In consideration for being permitted to participate in SimplicityCo Movement events, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless SimplicityCo Movement, its owner, instructors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, vendors, venue partners, affiliates, and event hosts from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.

Medical Treatment
I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary during the event. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
Photo & Video Release
I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

By signing this waiver, I grant SimplicityCo Movement permission to photograph and record me and to use my image, voice, and likeness in social media, advertisements, websites, promotional materials, and future marketing without compensation.

Personal Responsibility
I agree to:
Exercise within my own limits.
Follow all instructor directions.
Use equipment safely.
Respect the venue, instructors, sponsors, vendors, and fellow participants.
Accept full responsibility for my own belongings during the event.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
I understand that event registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by SimplicityCo Movement. If I cannot attend, my registration may only be transferred if approved by SimplicityCo Movement.

Acknowledgment
I have carefully read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I understand that by signing below, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
