SCOTTSDALE TENNIS & PICKLEBALL CLUB Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

By signing up for and participating in any Scottsdale Tennis Club event, activity, or program (“Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in tennis and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, falls, collisions, heat-related illness, and other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. Release of Liability I hereby release, waive, and discharge Scottsdale Tennis Club, its founder, organizers, hosts, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation in the Event.

3. Medical Responsibility I certify that I am physically able to participate in tennis activities and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand that Scottsdale Tennis Club does not provide medical insurance or medical assistance.

4. Personal Property I understand that Scottsdale Tennis Club is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

5. Conduct & Responsibility I agree to participate responsibly and follow any instructions or guidelines provided during the Event.

6. Photo & Media Release (Optional — keep or remove) I grant permission for Scottsdale Tennis Club to use photos or videos taken during Events for marketing and promotional purposes.

7. Agreement By registering for or attending this Event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.

This waiver applies to all Scottsdale Tennis Club events, now and in the future.
