Scream Club™ is a free weekly meetup where we gather on the walking bridge, set an intention, and scream - together. No therapy, no judgment, no small talk. Just a raw release of whatever’s been weighing you down.

Whether it’s frustration, burnout, anxious energy needing an outlet, heartbreak, or just the pressure of holding it together all week, this is your chance to let go.

Scream Club™ Participation Waiver and Release of Liability
IMPORTANT: Please read carefully before signing.

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in Scream Club™, a group event involving vocal expression (including loud screaming), breathwork, and emotional release.

1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that Scream Club™ is an optional, community-based event. I am participating freely and assume full responsibility for my physical and emotional well-being during and after the event.

2. Risk Acknowledgment
I understand that this event may involve:

Loud vocalization (screaming)

Emotional release or discomfort

Breathwork techniques

Physical sensations such as lightheadedness or fatigue

Outdoor environments with uneven surfaces or changing weather

I confirm that I am physically and emotionally capable of participating and will stop at any time if I feel discomfort or distress.

3. Liability Waiver
I release and discharge the organizer(s), host(s), volunteers, and affiliated individuals from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation — including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or property loss.

I understand that no licensed therapist, medical professional, or emergency personnel is present at this event, and I participate at my own risk.

I understand that this event is hosted by an individual and not a licensed organization. I agree not to pursue legal action against the host or any affiliated volunteers, and I accept full personal responsibility for my own experience and safety.

4. Media Release
I understand that photos or videos may be taken for social media, news coverage, or promotional purposes. I give permission for my image and likeness to be used.

5. Code of Conduct
I agree to:

Respect others’ space, privacy, and emotional process

Refrain from aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior

Leave the space cleaner than I found it

6. Legal Notice
I am signing this agreement voluntarily. I understand this is a legally binding release of liability and that I am giving up certain legal rights. If any portion is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
